An implementation method for job opening supply and demand: performing key information matches between every published job seeking resume and every piece of published recruitment information, the key information comprising job opening information and job opening location information (S10); determining, on the basis of the match results, job seeking resumes to be delivered and a recruiting party receiving each job seeking resume, and, recruitment information to be delivered and a job seeking party receiving each piece of recruitment information to be delivered (S20); delivering each job seeking resume to be delivered to the corresponding recruiting party, and delivering each piece of recruitment information to be delivered to the corresponding job seeking party (S30). The method is executed at set intervals on the basis of a received event triggering instruction or on the basis of a preset policy. The present solution obviates the need for a job seeking party to actively search online for matching recruitment information, obviates the need for a recruiting part to actively search online for matching job seeking resumes, thus increasing the efficiency of job opening supply and demand transactions.
