The present application relates to an amorphous synthesis and detection device and an application thereof, as well as a method for determining the amorphous forming capabilities of an alloy material and an application thereof; the device comprises a pulse laser emitting device, a sample control device and an amorphous characterization device; the pulse laser emitting device comprises a pulse laser, as well as a separator, a time domain regulator, a space domain regulator and a focus lens, which are sequentially provided on a light path; the sample control device comprises a vacuum chamber, as well as a displacement table that is located within the vacuum chamber and a sample to be processed that is fixed to the displacement table, sample micro-regions being divided on the sample to be processed; the amorphous characterization device comprises an incident light emitter and an amorphous measurement device, performing amorphous characterization on a processed sample. The present application introduces pulse laser technology to the field of amorphous alloys, while combining composite material chip technology; the amorphous forming capabilities of different constituent regions of an alloy material may be determined, thereby scanning a suitable constituent region of a large piece of an amorphous alloy material. The present invention has good application prospects.
