Provided are an interactive courseware-based interaction method and system. The interaction method comprises: a login step (S11) in which a user and a student perform login operations; a permission setting step (S17) in which the teacher selects the student as a permission-receiving object and grants a permission to the permission-receiving object; and an interactive step (S19) in which the teacher initiates an interactive activity in interactive courseware, and the permission-receiving object uses the granted permission to perform a corresponding interactive operation. The interaction method further comprises a course content loading and downloading step (S13), a grouping step (S15) and a logout step (S25). The interaction system correspondingly comprises a login module, a permission setting module and an interactive module. Permission setting enables a teacher to set permissions for students and the entire teaching process, thereby facilitating maintaining class order.
