A maritime alarm system and an alarm processing method based on Beidou satellites. The system comprises: a user-wearable terminal (10) for sending alarm information, a shipboard terminal (20) for receiving alarm information and issuing an alarm, and a control center end (30) for providing rescue assistance and responding to an emergency situation. The user-wearable terminal (10) and the control center end (30) are both in communication with the shipboard terminal (20). The user-wearable terminal (10) is provided with a Beidou positioning module (120), a body temperature measurement module (130), a first alarm module (140), and a clock module (150). When a shipwreck occurs, a person in danger can send, via an alarm button (141) in the first alarm module (140), alarm information to the shipboard terminal (20), such that the shipboard terminal (20) can accurately obtain position information, real-time body temperature information, and time of shipwreck information of the person in danger. In addition, if the rescue operation encounters difficulties, the shipboard terminal (20) can also turn to the control center end (30) for help.
