Disclosed are a spatial crowdsourcing task allocation system and method using partial homomorphic cryptographic scheme construction, involving an SC server, a cryptographic service provider, a spatial task requester and a worker, wherein the cryptographic service provider generates a key and uses a Paillier cipher code and an ElGamal cryptosystem; the spatial task requester establishes spatial tasks, and returns task locations to the SC server; the SC server encrypts the task locations, and each worker calculates the distance between the task locations and the positions of the worker, thereby carrying out calculation to obtain a privacy protection distance; the velocity of each worker is encrypted and sent to the SC server, and each worker calculates the travel time thereof, encrypts the travel time and sends the travel time to the SC server; the SC server calculates winning workers with the help of the cryptographic service provider, encrypts one winning worker and returns the winning worker to the SC server; and the SC server broadcasts the encrypted task locations to all workers, and the winning worker arrives at an appointed position for performance of the task. By the invention, the privacy of two parties is protected in spatial crowdsourcing and the calculation cost is greatly reduced.
