ANTIOXIDANT AGENT, TYROSINASE ACTIVITY INHIBITOR AND SKIN-LIGHTENING AGENT CONTAINING SAID ANTIOXIDANT AGENT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAID ANTIOXIDANT AGENT AND SAID SKIN-LIGHTENING AGENT
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an excellent antioxidant agent and an excellent skin-lightening agent, and providing a novel agent containing "a component included in a Phalaenopsis orchid" that is solid-liquid separated by a specific method. The foregoing problem was solved by an antioxidant agent, a tyrosinase activity inhibitor, and a skin-lightening agent characterized by containing a liquid extract of a Phalaenopsis orchid (Orchidaceae phalaenopsis) or extract residue of a Phalaenopsis orchid as an active component. Said Phalaenopsis orchid is preferably a leaf of a Phalaenopsis orchid. The method of producing said antioxidant agent is characterized by including a step for obtaining a liquid extract or an extract residue by shredding and stirring the Phalaenopsis orchid by a stirring blade, without the addition of an extracting solvent, and while being shredded and stirred, heating the Phalaenopsis orchid from outside so that the temperature is maintained within a range of 25-45oC, and subjecting the orchid to depressurization and solid-liquid separation.
