A clinical test report generation system and method. The method comprises: receiving medical testing instruction information sent by a doctor terminal (6); generating, according to the medical testing instruction information, testing barcodes, and controlling a barcode device (7) to print the same; if a liquid sample in a sample tube is not testable by a testing apparatus (4), then sending to the testing apparatus (4) a notification to inform testing personnel of a sample tube corresponding to the testing apparatus (4); generating a start state field information item and sending the same to a user terminal (5), and generating an end state field information item and sending the same to the user terminal (5); and when each of the testing barcodes corresponds to one start state field information item and one end state field information item, locking a modified test report in a read-only mode, and generating an official test report. The method monitors a testing process by means of barcode, thus improving test efficiency, and reducing medical malpractice resulting from clinical test errors. In addition, a test report is locked to improve information security thereof.
