The present invention relates to a non-electric primer detonator for tunnel blasting and, more specifically: can reduce the amount of a signal tube, which is a detonating fuse, to be used in the application of a non-electric primer detonator at a tunnel and underground excavation site, thereby reducing construction expenses; is stable against a leakage current and static electricity since a current is blocked from flowing to a subsequent stage and ignition does not occur because current carrying is not possible such that a triac cannot be turned on if a leakage voltage coming from a work site is less than or equal to a breakdown voltage of diac; can prevent a blasting error caused by a lightning strike by blocking an abnormal voltage since a varistor is connected to a detonator circuit and a breakdown voltage is set to 2,000 V to 2,500 V; can confirm the presence or absence of a wiring connection of the detonator circuit with a resistance meter by connecting one resistor to an input terminal of a non-electric primer blasting machine; can absorb the impact received by each device during blasting or lightning strikes by adding two resistors to the input terminal of the non-electric primer blasting machine; can detonate the signal tube of the non-electric primer without using an electric primer; and can prevent a failure in the triggering of the signal tube since a capacitor is connected between a varistor and an output terminal of a detonator circuit constituting a blasting circuit module of an electric primer blasting machine, and thus charges are charged in the capacitor and the charged charges are discharged all at once at the time of corona discharge.
