The harmonization method according to the invention comprises; a step of obtaining (E20, E60), from measured inertial information (E10, E50) by a measurement device on board by the angular positioner, during at least one predetermined operating period (?? /? 2) data representing a local gravity intensity as seen by the measuring device and / or a terrestrial rotation speed, the angular positioner being held fixed during said at least one operating period; a step of evaluating (E30, E70) at least one angular bias affecting the positioner reference frame from the data obtained; and a step of harmonization (E40, E80) of the positioner reference with respect to the terrestrial reference by compensating for said at least one angular bias thus evaluated.
