The invention relates to a terrestrial, marine, submarine and aerial vehicle where the buoyant force is provided by adjustable arrays of aero/hydrodynamic profiles placed in tunnels and horizontally crossed by the propulsive fluid current created by the propellers. According to the invention, the vehicle comprises two side longitudinal tunnels (1) provided with some propellers (2) and some adjustable arrays (3) of aero/hydrodynamic profiles, some grid arrays (4) for bringing the upstream-deflected current back to the axial direction, a passenger compartment (5), some retractable running wheels (6), some wheel-withdrawal compartments (7) and a technical compartment (8), the propulsive force being ensured by propellers (2) and the buoyant force for flying or the downward thrust in the submarine case, respectively, are provided by the same arrays (3), by adjusting their mounting angle, the compartments (7) also acting as floats in case of travelling on water or may be flooded in the submarine case.
