The notification refers to the method of obtaining the composition, including the conductive medium, the photoactive micro -molecular substrate and the binding layer. This means the immobilisation of a microbial substrate showing photoactivity in the binding layer on the conductor using the electrochemical deposition method on the cathode. The notification also concerns a high photoactive compositiondeveloped area i.e. a chrome and /or porous surface constructed from aggregates of a photoactive substrate of size; 400 millimeter. The photoactive substrate is TiO2 and /or ZnO and /or Cu2O and /or WO3 and /or SnO2 and /or ZrO2 and /or Fe2O3 and /or V2O5 and /or ZnS and /or CdS or their mixtures mixed with metalssemi -metals and /or non -metals. A binding layer precursor shall be used to obtain a binding layer such as TiO2 and /or ZnO and /or Cu2O and /or WO3 and /or Fe2O3, and metal, semi -metal, coal, graphite or semi -conductor of any kind shall be used as the guiding medium. Electrochemical deposition shall be carried out on at least one surface of the vehicle, guiding it by a galvanostatic or galvanodynamic or pulsation -galvanostatic method or by a potentiostatic method,pulsation -potentiostatic or potentiodynamic. After completion of electrochemical deposition, the resulting product is washed,and then undergo heat treatment.
