The notification refers to the method of obtaining the composition, including the conductive medium, the photoactive micro -molecular substrate and the binding layer. A binding layer precursor shall be used to obtain a binding layer such as TiO2 and /or ZnO and /or Cu2O and /or WO3 and /or Fe2O3, and metal, semi -metal, coal, graphite or semi -conductor of any kind shall be used as the guiding medium. Electrochemical deposition shall be carried out on at least one surface of the vehicle, guiding it by a galvanostatic or galvanodynamic or pulsation -galvanostatic method or by a potentiostatic method,pulsation -potentiostatic or potentiodynamic. After completion of electrochemical deposition, the resulting product is washed,and then undergo heat treatment.
