The system presented in the drawing contains a control unit based on computational intelligence,electronic memory,databases,configuration bases,external interfaces (wireless and wireless) and service modules. The system operates on the basis of a set of authors,not yet published,pre -programmed algorithms to calculate blurred and fractal parameters. The cooperating external devices may be telemedical devices. The control unit shall analyse input data,verify the accuracy of data,including exceeding the limit values of the parameters,interpret the results,educates them,facilitate communication between the cooperating devices and with the user,and,optimise the use of databases,and therefore indirectly a diagnostic process.
