The purpose of the notification is to determine the final measurement point in a complex method of quantification of calcium in aqueous solutions. Determination of the final measuring point of the calcium solution with EDTA is performed by instrumental detection of the change in colour of the indicator. This way the indicator is useful in the analysis of water for the application of techand food. The purpose of the notification is to select both the indicator and the method of determining the change in colour. The arsenic -III index and the webcam shall be used to identify the final measurement point in the procedure for determining the concentrations of calcium in aqueous solutions by means of a two -way measurement technique. End point of measurementcorresponding to the change in colour of the indicator from blue to purple,be determined on the basis of the ratio of the R and G factors read from the recorded photographs of the measured sample.
