This technology consists in a method and kit that includes a set of primers and a specific probe for detecting, quantifying and analyzing the genic expression of the Mycosphaerella fijiensis fungus, by means of the polymerase chain reaction (pcr) in real time from a sample of genomic DNA, RNA or cDNA . The pair of primers with the corresponding probe presents a nucleotide sequence that is specific for the region of the tubulin gene of the M. fijiensis species resulting from genomic DNA, RNA or cDNA of the aforementioned fungus. The detection, quantification and analysis of the genic expression are performed by the use of PCR in real time with a TaqMan probe type.
