摘要

The purpose of the invention is to provide a method for evaluating the supply efficacy of antineoplastic drugs by means of superparamagnetic nanoplatforms, in the form of magnetic nanoparticles, guided by external magnetic fields. The experimental method is focused on the use of nanoparticles ranging from 4 to 20 nm with magnetic properties as a carrier system of antineoplastic drugs. The application of magnetic fields may guide or immobilize the nanoparticles allowing the drug to be released in specific locations. The specificity of the drug release is determined by using plates with two culture levels, which are separated by a porous membrane that allows the drug to be diffused. Due to the drug effect, the cellular viability of both compartments is interpreted as a measure of the efficiency in the drug release.
