The present invention discloses a strain of Streptomyces sp, its application alone or as part of an agronomic composition, and the method for treating plants infected thereof. Said strain possesses an access number CM-CNRG TB30 and antagonistic activity against phytopathogenic organism superior to other similar strains. Also, the present invention discloses an extract of a supernatant produced by the said strain with the ability to prevent the development of fungal diseases in fruits. Particularly, anthracnose in fruits of habanero peppers and mango, the method of producing it and applying it to fruits.
