Novelty: a thruster assisting the lateral displacement of sea crafts is disclosed. Constitution: the invented thruster operates with a dc motor without coolers (BLDC) and is composed of two parts: the stator operating as an electromagnet and a propeller furnished with peripheral permanent magnets and operating as a rotor for the motor while producing the thrust of the propeller while rotating. The ring-shaped stator is divided into two or more arched parts which when installed around a tunnel in an articulated or non-articulated manner (fixed at one point) are mutually united to from a complete cycle tightly fixed in the internal section of the craft, around the tunnel. Embodiment: the invented thruster can be installed to whatever sea craft as well as to existing stern or prow tunnels without modification or perforation or replacement of these last.
