A method provides preliminary preparation of intake chamber, water chamber, outgoing pipes, and their connection with stainless, lightweight, e.g. plastic pipes; and their delivery to the place for mounting, in non-assembled form; assembled construction placement in the river so, that water receiving pipes be disposed in parallel to water stream, and draining pipes – broadside. Outgoing pipe connection place with draining pipe should be disposed in suitable place, in construction bed and fixed by means of stones and/or feather, with its natural scolding, after water level rising.
