The invention relates to the field of providing physical feedback to a user from a virtual application, in particular a computer game or other software applications. The method of interactive physiological and technological synchronization of a user with a virtual environment includes collecting biometric and / or kinematic parameters of a user, transmitting biometric and / or kinematic parameters of a user to an application program, generating feedback signals in the application program, transmitting feedback signals to a computing device, processing feedback signals and the supply of feedback pulses that cause physical sensations in the user's nervous system, through contact with the skin of the user, while the supply of feedback pulses is carried out according to the principle of cascade distribution of electrical pulses. Variants of a wearable device for interactive physiological and technological synchronization of a user with a virtual environment are also claimed.
