The present invention relates to the field of education, and more specifically, to methods of learning using training devices, namely, technical means for studying the structure, principles of construction and the basic element base of automatic lines and mechatronic systems and learning control. An object of the invention is to provide a method for teaching and monitoring students the basics of mechatronics using a set of educational equipment for the installation, commissioning and operation of mechatronic systems, improving the quality and effectiveness of professional training of students. To solve this problem, a method for teaching and monitoring students the basics of mechatronics using a set of training equipment for the installation, commissioning and operation of mechatronic systems containing a mounting plate made with the possibility of placing working models of industrial mechanisms with pneumatic and electric drives on it in one mounting plane is proposed manual and automatic control devices, while the manual control device has indicators, an air preparation unit, sensors, auxiliary wood equipment and energy sources, didactic material, as well as a removable device to exclude visual control over the operation of the assembled mechatronic system.
