The present invention relates to a multi-storey building construction system for progressively building floors in the building as the occupational need arises and while some floors may already be occupied. a permanent roof structure is supported so that it can move through at least one first floor space to be occupied built on the foundation. Extendable load bearing elements are fixed to the roof structure and adapted to support the load bearing means to support the full load of the roof structure. the extensible load bearing means are operated in sync. Extendable lifts are used in the floor space to be occupied. a wall enclosure is fixed within and around the roof structure. Lifting devices are fixed within the roof structure and adapted to suspend building subsets manufactured in a construction zone created by lifting the roof structure over the uppermost floor of the building where another floor space to be occupied must be constructed under the roof structure with such a structure is kept high relative to the upper floor by the extendable load bearing means. Construction materials are transported by a unique and closed vertical conveyor system and therefore no external cranes. Electricity and ventilation are extensively provided to allow occupation and construction simultaneously.
