Peptideos recombinant Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis, vaccine composition and kit for testing imunodiagnu00f3stico of caseous lymphadenitis. The present invention relates to an efficient diagnostic and differential for caseous lymphadenitis in subclinical stage, as well as the imunu00f3genos with vaccine application.More particularly, the invention relates to the selection, characterization and use of recombinant peptides and protein motifs mimicking antigenic regions of Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis.The peptides were imunorreativos with sera from animals carrying the disease of caseous lymphadenitis (CL) and may potentially be used in imunodiagnu00f4sticos and vaccine compositions for the control of bacterial infection.
