Therapeutic Agent for Chronic Kidney Failure The present invention relates to a therapeutic agent for chronic renal failure comprising as an effective ingredient a compound represented by the general formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. that is, the present invention provides for the provision of a drug comprising as an effective ingredient a compound represented by the general formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, such a drug is useful not only for the improvement of renal function, but also for the improvement of anemia, sod activation and excretion of uremic substances.
