Implant Manufacturing Method for Implantation into the Human Body, and Implant for Implantation into the Human Body The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an implant for insertion into the human body, the method including the steps of: preparing a mold having a portion of internal space to have an internal shape that corresponds to a defective part in a human body; silicone foam injection into the space part of the mold; curing silicone foam during pressure application to it; and mold removal. According to the method, the silicone foam is injected into the space portion of the mold and then negative pressure or positive pressure is applied to bubble the silicone foam. when the mixing ratio between the silicone foam and a hardener, the curing conditions, the magnitude of the negative pressure or the positive pressure, the duration by which the negative pressure or positive pressure is applied, the start time of the depressurization or pressurization onset time, and the like are adjusted, characteristics such as weight, elasticity, texture, hardness and elongation can be easily adjusted while changing the foam structure of the silicone foam. therefore, an implant may be fabricated according to the function of the implant and the position in the human body to which the implant is to be applied.
