It is a method which provides a water-soluble, reconstitutable free-flowing powder product that includes non-greasy, non-mucilaginous free-flowing chia grains that are approximately 80 to 90 microns in size, a pH range of 6.5 and 7.5, average humidity of 3% and a centipoise value of approximately 1,000 to 1,500 cp (1 and 1,5 pa.s), which revert to a submicron size when suspended in an aqueous solution.
