A first machine in a tree planting system includes: a soil-growing cultivator where a tree planting plant is to be planted; a first displacement device that moves along with the cultivation device; and a cultivated position sensing device which obtains and outputs a plurality of actual cultivated positions which are positions corresponding to positions of the cultivator while the cultivator moves along with the first displacement device and cultivates the soil. a tree planting system management device stores a plurality of actual cultivated positions. A second tree planting system machine includes: a planting device that plants a plant in the soil cultivated by the cultivator; a second displacement device that moves together with the planting device; a planting device position sensing device which obtains a planting device position; and a control device controlling a planting device position based on: a plurality of actual cultivated positions acquired from the management device; and a planting device position obtained by the planting device position sensing device at the time a plant is planted.
