PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speculum plate capable of simplifying a manufacturing process and improving inspection accuracy.SOLUTION: A speculum plate 1 includes a reservoir R for filling liquid sample, and comprises: a slide glass part 20; a cover glass part 10; a fixing part 40 which fixes the slide glass part 20 and the cover glass part 10; and a connecting part 30 which connects a part of a peripheral edge of the slide glass part 20 and a part of a peripheral edge of the cover glass part 10. The slide glass part 20, the cover glass part 10 and the connecting part 30 are integrally molded by using a resin material. By folding the connecting part 30, the slide glass part 20 and the cover glass part 10 are brought into a state where they are arranged in a facing manner, and by fixing with the fixing part 40, the reservoir R is formed by the slide glass part 20 in an area defining a bottom surface B of the reservoir R, and the cover glass part 10 in an area defining a top surface U of the reservoir R.
