摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prognosis predictive marker of acute phase spinal cord injury enabling high sensitive prognosis prediction in spite of acute phase after spinal cord injury.SOLUTION: At least one of any of miR-9*, miR-219, and miR-384-5p is included. In the case of miR-9*, the expression level of miR-9* of a subject in 3 hours to 24 hours after injured is detected. In the case of 3 hours after injured, when the expression level of a subject's miR-9* is less than 25 times as compared with the expression level of a healthy person's miR-9*, the prognosis of acute phase spinal cord injury is predicted to be good, and when the expression level of a subject's miR-9* is 25 times or more as compared with the expression level of a healthy person's miR-9*, the prognosis of acute phase spinal cord injury is predicated to be poor. In the case of 12-24 hours after injured, when the expression level of a subject's miR-9* is less than 10 times as compared with the expression level of a healthy person's miR-9*, the prognosis of acute phase spinal cord injury is predicted to be good, and when the expression level of a subject's miR-9* is 10 times or more as compared with the expression level of a healthy person's miR-9*, the prognosis of acute phase spinal cord injury is predicted to be poor.
