PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center formwork device of tunnel lining capable of determining a concrete placement height and a concrete lining placement system using the formwork device that ensure quality of the lining concrete and save labor in lining placement work, utilizing a low-priced non-contact type sensor.SOLUTION: A lining placement system of the present invention includes: a center formwork for a tunnel installed over an inner space side of a tunnel, from an outer peripheral surface of a tunnel lining toward a tunnel central side leaving a prescribed interval; a non-contact type sensor installed at a prescribed location on the center formwork for a tunnel that has been installed, for receiving a detection signal that detects whether concrete has been placed; and control means for specifying a concrete placement location between the outer peripheral surface of the tunnel lining and the center formwork for a tunnel, based on the detection signal received by the non-contact type sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
