PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a subject to receive a proper advice for an inspection result.SOLUTION: An inspection result management device 1 includes: a first acquisition part 131 for acquiring the inspection result of the health condition of a user; a storage part 12 for storing a user ID imparted to the user, an insurance card number associated with medical examination information including the medical examination content of the user in a medical institution, and the inspection result acquired by the first acquisition part 131 in association; a second acquisition part 133 for acquiring an advice request including the user ID for requesting reception of an advice for the inspection result of a medical service worker; a third acquisition part 134 for acquiring the medical examination information associated with the insurance card number of the user; and a transmission part 136 for, when the second acquisition part 133 acquires the advice request, transmitting the inspection result corresponding to the user and the medical examination information corresponding to the user ID to a medical service worker terminal 2 that the medical service worker uses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
