PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively eliminate ground noise flowing in from a ground line due to foreign radiation noise and the like in a circuit board.SOLUTION: A circuit board (104) comprises a first ground pattern (202) directly or indirectly connected to a ground line in terms of DC, the ground line connected to a power supply device; and a second ground pattern (204) directly or indirectly connected to the first ground pattern in terms of AC and connected to a conductive housing for housing the circuit board in terms of DC. The first ground pattern is provided with slits (300-312) at a position blocking noise current for propagating the first ground pattern. Capacitors (320-334) connecting the first ground pattern and the second ground pattern in terms of AC are arranged near at least one end part of at least one of the slits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
