PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of improving a download success rate of a software update file, and automatically optimizing a download environment suitable for each user.SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal comprises: a schedule setting part for setting a first download time for confirming an update file to a distribution server in which the update file is stored; a position acquisition part for acquiring position information when communication connection is performed by a communication part; a behavior history storage part for recording a communication environment connected by the communication part and the position information in association in every predetermined time; an optimal time zone calculation part for calculating an optimal time zone when a download request is made to the distribution server on the basis of a behavior history accumulated in a fixed period; a comparison and determination part for comparing the optimal time zone with the first download time for determination; and a change part for, when the first download time is not included in the optimal time zone at the comparison and determination part, changing the first download time to a second download time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
