PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice recognition accuracy estimation device, a voice recognition accuracy estimation method and a voice recognition accuracy estimation program which can accurately estimate voice recognition accuracy.SOLUTION: A voice recognition accuracy estimation device 10 comprises: a voice recognition accuracy estimation part 400 for voice recognizing an input voice, then estimating voice recognition accuracy using a word alignment network indicating a probability that an answer is a correct answer, a probability that there is a replacement error, a probability that there is an insertion error, and a probability that there is a deletion error for each segment; a correction part 12 for correcting the voice recognition accuracy by regression; and a dishonest estimation accuracy correction part 14 for correcting the corrected voice recognition accuracy to 0% when the corrected voice recognition accuracy is less than 0%, and correcting the corrected voice recognition accuracy to 100% when the corrected voice recognition accuracy is larger than 100%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
