There is provided a yarn winding device arranged to enable yarn threading operations onto yarn guides of two yarn winding portions to be performed in parallel with each other. A yarn winding device 5 includes: two winding units 10; and a yarn threading member 26 with which yarns Y are threaded onto fulcrum guides 21 of the two winding units 10. Guide rails 25 of the two winding units 10 extend to be inclined relative to an arrangement direction of the fulcrum guides 21 in opposite directions to each other. The yarn threading member 26 includes two yarn holding portions 30 and a supporting portion 31. The yarn holding portions 30 are provided so as to respectively correspond to the two winding units 10 and configured to be engaged with the guide rails 25 in a slidable manner. The supporting portion 31 supports the two yarn holding portions 30 so as to allow the yarn holding portions 30 to get close to and away from each other.
