PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinch roll device capable of surely preventing a coil from loosening into pieces even when the material of a belt-like body constituting the coil is strong in repulsive force such as a high tensile steel.SOLUTION: A pinch roll device 3, mounted on a belt-like supplier 1 which delivers a belt-like body 8 from a coil 10 while giving the coil 10 configured by winding up the belt-like body 8 a rotation torque in a reverse direction to a rotation direction along a delivery direction of the belt-like body 8 to form a loop part 18 by bending the belt-like body 8 on the side of the delivery direction of the belt-like body 8, comprises a pair of pinch rolls 41, 42 that clamp the plate face of the belt-like body 8 delivered from the coil 10 to feed out the belt-like body 8 to a loop part 18 by resisting the rotation torque by rotationally feeding these pinch rolls 41, 42. An objective belt-like body supplier 1 is obtained by mounting the pinch roll device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
