PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly migrate a virtual machine between different information processing facilities.SOLUTION: A virtual machine 1a including an operating system 1b is arranged in an information processor 1. An information processor 2 activates a virtual machine 2a including an operating system 2b. The information processor 2 acquires data of the operating system 1b from the information processor 1 using the operating system 2b. The information processor 2 rewrites activation information indicating the activation method of the virtual machine 2a so that the operating system 1b is executed on the basis of the acquired data of the operating system 1b at the time of reactivation of the virtual machine 2a. The information processor 1 reactivates the virtual machine 2a.
