PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change method and a change system for the same for driving regulation reference value in rail temperature in an earthquake at high temperature and after the earthquake by linking a monitoring system for earthquake motion and the rail temperature.SOLUTION: A change method for driving regulation reference value of rail temperature in an earthquake at high temperature and after the earthquake: installs a rail thermometer 3 to a rail 2 and a seismograph 4 on a wayside foundation; fetches rail temperature from the rail thermometer 3 and earthquake data from the seismograph 4 to a processor 6; and when the rail temperature is more than a prescribed value, the temperature driving regulation reference value is capable of being automatically changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
