PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an air conditioning apparatus that suits the characteristic of a room.SOLUTION: An air conditioning apparatus selection assist system comprises: a storage unit 46 for storing track record information pertaining to the use of an air conditioning apparatus (air conditioning track record information and environment track record) and room information pertaining to the input/output of heat to and from each room in which an air conditioning apparatus is installed; an air conditioning load calculation unit 38 for calculating the necessary calorie for air conditioning in each room on the basis of the track record information and room information stored in the storage unit 46; and an apparatus selection assist processing unit 44 for selecting an air conditioning apparatus that suits each room from among a plurality of air conditioning apparatuses available on the market on the basis of the calculation result of the air conditioning load calculation unit 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
