The present specification provides a foamed asphalt composition, a reclaimed asphalt composition, an asphalt pavement, and a method of forming an asphalt pavement using the foamed asphalt composition. An exemplary foamed asphalt composition is in the form of a porous matrix and includes an asphalt base component and high density oxidized polyethylene. An exemplary asphalt pavement includes a recycled asphalt layer that includes the foamed asphalt composition and a recycled asphalt component. An exemplary method for forming asphalt pavement includes mixing an asphalt base component and high density oxidized polyethylene to form an asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture is foamed using water and compressed air to form a foamed asphalt composition. The foamed asphalt composition and the regenerated asphalt component are mixed to form a regenerated asphalt composition. The regenerated asphalt layer is formed by a regenerated asphalt composition.
