PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy power generation system which can reduce the power storage capacity of a power storage device even if the charging rate of the power storage device fluctuates nonlinearly between a declared time of a power generation plan and an operating time.SOLUTION: A recyclable energy power generation system comprises: a power-generation device which utilizes a recyclable energy; a power storage device for easing the fluctuation of a power generation output of the power-generation device; and a controller 410 operable to control a power generation output of the power-generation device and power storage device. The controller 410 has: a weather prediction acquisition part 411 for acquiring a predicted value of weather information which is a weather forecast; a power generation predicted value operation part 414 for calculating a predicted value of power generation by the power-generation device based on the predicted value of the weather information; a charging rate acquisition part 412 for acquiring a charging rate of the power storage device; a weather prediction error index operation part 415 for calculating a weather prediction error index representing a degree of prediction error of the weather forecast; and a power generation plan-decision part 416 for deciding a power generation plan value after a given time based on the power generation predicted value, the charging rate, and the weather prediction error index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
