PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building energy-saving performance calculation support device, a building energy-saving performance calculation support method and a computer program for automating work for preparing data indicative of an orientation of the outer wall in energy saving calculation to reduce user's labor.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes an input unit for acquiring information designating a region enclosed by a straight line in a two-dimensional design drawing of a building displayed on a display unit, and information designating one side of the region; a wall azimuth determination unit for determining an azimuth of the one side necessary for energy saving calculation defined by a direction facing into the region of a vector having a start point on the one side among vectors perpendicular to the one side based on the region designating information acquired by the input unit; and a belonging region determination unit for determining that the region is a region with information designating the azimuth of the one side based on the region designating information acquired by the input unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
