Hydrogen gas is effectively introduced into a pool-type water tank provided with a pool water circulation system, and the pool water in the pool-type water tank can be sustained and include hydrogen gas. The pool water circulation system forms a pool water flow in the pool water tank between the pool water inlet and the pool water outlet by the pool water introduced into the pool water tank, and the pool water circulation system is operated. During the pool water circulation, hydrogen microbubble-containing mixed water forming means is continuously supplied with hydrogen gas from the hydrogen gas supply source to form hydrogen microbubble-containing mixed water. Inclusion mixed water is jetted into a pool-type water tank from a plurality of outlets, and a flow of hydrogen microbubble-containing mixed water is induced in the pool water flow to form an induced flow in the pool water tank.
