PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat-containing composition having extremely less bitterness and excellent milk flavor in spite of containing fatty acid or fat hydrolysate, a method for producing fat-containing milk flavor food and drink using the same, a composition for palatability drink, and a method for reducing bitterness of a milk flavor composition.SOLUTION: A fat-containing milk flavor composition contains: (A) vegetable fat; (B) at least one kind selected from the group comprising 8-20C fatty acid and fat hydrolysate; (C) 6-14C lactone; and (D) 4-13C ketone. Based on 100 pts.mass of the (A), 0.005-1.0 pt.mass of the (B), 0.000025-0.01 pt.mass of the (C), and 0.0000005-0.00075 pt.mass of the (D) are contained.
