PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project determination server capable of determining a project while clarifying a leader of the project.SOLUTION: There are provided: option storage means storing project proposal information assigned in advance to each of a plurality of options including a first option and a second option where a caretaker to become a leader of the project is assigned to the first alternative and a participant participating in the project is assigned to the second alternative; and project determining means which determines to execute the project on the basis of determination operation of a member who has become the caretaker after at least one caretaker and a participant are selected by member selection operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
