PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of matching images without changing template and/or reduction scale of the images.SOLUTION: An image processor 100 acquires pick-up images of plural objects which have the same shape, receives positions of reference points with respect to plural objects which are included in the pick-up images, and calculates the reduction scale in each pixel of the pick-up images based on the distance of the reference points of the objects. The image processor 100 generates a correction image in which the reduction scale at each pixel is constant based on the reduction scale at each pixel in the pick-up image and executes a template matching on the correction image to thereby detect an object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
