PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a cumulative work time showing the total of work times in a plurality of facilities in which a nursing staff has work experiences.;SOLUTION: A nursing staff information table 210A stores nursing staff information including nursing staff identification information for identifying a nursing staff, nursing facility identification information for identifying a nursing facility in which the nursing staff has work experience, and work time information showing work times of the nursing staff in the nursing facility identified by the nursing facility identification information.
