PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money terminal device capable of efficiently charging electronic money up to a preset upper limit amount.;SOLUTION: An electronic money charge machine 10 is configured so as to, when receiving a card available to electronic money (S1), make a balance inquiry to an electronic money management unit 20 (S2) and receive a piece of balance notification (S3). The electronic money charge machine 10 is configured to receive, in addition to a piece of charge operation specifying the amount of money, an upper limit charge operation requesting the charge up to the upper limit of the electronic money. The electronic money charge machine 10 is configured to, when receiving the upper limit charge operation (S4), calculate the charge amount from the difference from the amount of balance the upper limit amount (S5).
