PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive maintenance instruction device capable of accurately selecting a part to be replaced in preventive maintenance and reducing a failure occurrence rate of a device after the preventive maintenance.;SOLUTION: A preventive replacement part instruction processing unit of a control unit performs: processing for acquiring preventive maintenance acceptance information including a device name related to a maintenance target device; processing for determining whether or not there is a device name corresponding to a device name included in the acquired preventive maintenance acceptance information in a predetermined amount determination table; processing for requesting data required to determine a preventive replacement part through a notification unit when there is a corresponding device name; processing for acquiring data required to determine the preventive replacement parts; processing for determining whether there is a part whose data required to determine the acquired preventive replacement part is equal to or greater than a predetermined amount in the predetermined amount determination table corresponding to the device name included in the acquired preventative maintenance reception information; and processing for notifying preventive maintenance instruction information instructing replacement of a part of a corresponding device through the notification unit when there is a component having a predetermined amount or greater.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
