PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve profitability of a service provider, while taking SLA of a service provided by the service provider into consideration.;SOLUTION: An insurance claim support system has: a logging unit 45 which operates a service VM 12 on a computer environment 22 according to preset SLA, and stores log data of a result of monitoring the operating contents; an insurance money calculation unit 46 which transmits insurance money billing data including a billing amount of insurance money which is a calculation result to an insurance money audit unit 33, by calculating a calculation formula for finding the insurance money, when the operating contents of the computer environment 22 indicated by the log data read from the logging unit 45 falls below a level of the SLA owing to an external factor; and the insurance money audit unit 33 which determines whether or not to pay the billing amount of the insurance money, by auditing the received insurance money billing data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
