To provide a health drink extraction pack-encapsulated composition which includes green tea and persimmon leaf tea and which is enhanced in a synergistic effect of the components by adding natural rock salt powder to be more useful for health and is convenient for extracting with water, and a health drink extracted from the same.SOLUTION: A health drink extraction pack-encapsulated composition prepared by encapsulating a composition obtained by blending 50% to 80% by weight of green tea, 20% to 40% by weight of persimmon leaf tea and 10% to 40% by weight of natural rock salt powder having an oxidation reduction potential of -250 mV to -550 mV in an extraction pack, and a health drink obtained by extracting the health drink extraction pack-encapsulated composition for 15 to 24 hours with water in an amount of controlling a salt concentration of the extracted liquid to 0.5% to 3%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
